Manuscripts We Accept:

Literature Reviews - Comprehensive syntheses of existing research that identify gaps and propose future research directions in career development theory.
Theoretical Frameworks - Conceptual papers that advance new models for understanding contemporary career dynamics and professional identity construction.
Case Studies - In-depth examinations of innovative career development approaches, organizational practices, or individual career trajectories.
Research Notes - Brief reports of preliminary findings, methodological innovations, or pilot studies relevant to post-traditional career research.
Speculative and Visionary Work - Creative research that imagines new possibilities for careers, workforce structures, and the reimagining of professional life. These forward-thinking pieces may include scenario planning, design thinking approaches, speculative ethnography, or theoretical explorations of emerging career models.
